The Meetings Industry Marketing Awards 2014 pre-event auction will run from
Monday 15th September until 2pm on Wednesday 15th October.
All prize winners will be notified by email of payment details
within 48hrs of the auction ending.

Meetings Industry Meeting Needs is a registered charity founded by leading figures in the UK conference and events Industry. The objective of MIMN is to raise funds for worthy causes relevant to the events industry which may not have the resources to raise sufficient funds without additional contributions. Many needy causes do not have access to public funding and MIMN can provide financial support to these types of organisations through various fund-raising initiatives and activities.

Some of the past beneficiaries are shown below.

 

Meeting Needs funds technology kit for severely disabled via SpecialEffect. These kits are highly technical collections of mechanisms to test the individualís ability to operate hardware and therefore their aptitude to benefit.

 

 

Working with the Shukuru Foundation, MIMN has advanced an in-kind agricultural microloan to 38 vulnerable and promising adolescent girls in the form of chicks to raise and sell along with feed, vaccines and medicines during one year in order to pay for their secondary education.
